By using the Rider Guider App, you accept and agree to these Terms and privacy policies.

The App must only be used for their intended purpose and not for re-sale. You are not permitted to allow others to use the App, individual subscriptions should be purchased per user.

Use the Rider Guider App with care

Use of the Rider Guider App while riding still means that you need to ride with due care and attention. The App is intended to serve as a riding aid.

Distracted riding can be extremely dangerous. The App is designed to enable the rider to select the riding playlist before mounting the horse.

Please do not operate this App in any manner that diverts you as the riders attention in an unsafe manner.

The App is only available for private domestic use.

The App must only be used for their intended purpose and not for re-sale.

You must not and must not permit anyone else to use the App in any way which is unsafe or which puts you, or others as a safety at risk.

We endeavor to ensure that the App is available and operate correctly, but we cannot guarantee that the App (or any of its functions) will be error free or continuously available.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to the App or functionality at any time without notice. For example this may be necessary to perform essential maintenance on the systems that operate the App, for security reasons, if required by law, or if we no longer make particular audios or functionality available in your country or to our customers generally.

Before mounting the horse ensure you are wearing the suitable clothing, fasten your helmet correctly.
